Born and raised in the Bay Area, I began photography in high school and am currently working as a freelance photographer after receiving my BFA concentrating in Photography and Video from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Over the years I have found myself drawn to both portrait and product photography. I enjoy portrait photography because it allows me to connect with my models and not only capture moments that I am able to share with them but also their personality.
I love being able to work with people in this 1:1 way while we get to learn about each other. Being let into people’s lives in that way is really special to me as a photographer.
As for product, I love being able to create fun colorful lifestyle-like shots with the products, striving to stylistically incorporate the pillars of my inspiration in my product work as well.
